Our Love Story

Ashley and Dominique met August of 2014 through mutual friends. This wasn't your typical love story as they started out as friends, although Dominique would say it was love at first sight. Although the couple are complete opposites they couldn't be more fundamentally the same. Their love blossomed through their spiritual connection with God and love of family. Over the last 9 years they have traveled the world together and conquered the term "adulting". They enjoy good laughs, even better food, and cruising the Caribbean. On March 31, 2023, after years of waiting for the "right time", Dominique made it official and surprised Ashley with a proposal in front of friends and family at the Waldorf Astoria in Washington D.C. The couple is excited and eager to start their forever and is grateful to have their closest family and friends to bear witness.
